Are you having trouble remembering things? You might be getting older and your mind is slowing down - but try to
challenge yourself with mind games and
crossword puzzles, math problems, reading, writing, etc. You should also eat better - there are foods and other
things that are very good for your mind. These include gingko buloba (
look for Ingenious in the health and wellness area), blueberries (and other berries), Omega-3 foods (salmon, tuna,
canola oil, soybeans, walnuts, wheatgerm, eggs, flaxseed oil), anti-oxidant foods (grapes, green tea, tomatoes,
soy, broccoli, garlic, spinach, carrots, whole grains), seafood and meat, skim dairy products, fiber (dried fruits, vegetables,
nuts, seeds, whole grains, peas, beans, whole fresh fruits), olive oil, red wine, mango, cataloupe,
apricots, onions, chocolate, vitamins (C, B12, and B6). Don't forget to drink lots of water!
Make sure to record new memories while they happen!
