Women Might Be Alerted to Impending Heart Attack

A young friend just lost her life. She was only 28 years old. She was healthy with no known health or weight issues.

She had symptoms like food poisoning a couple nights ago, then woke up with a massive heart attack after midnight. There was too much time getting emergency help for her and her brain was starved of oxygen for that time, which caused much damage to her brain.

She was taken to the hospital and kept alive to see how her brain function would improve or not. She passed away a couple days later.

To be so young to suffer such a massive heart attack is so tragic.

Apparently, women do have those type symptoms prior to a heart attack. Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea seem like food poisoning or other stomach illness, and I’ve had those many times over the years, most recently a couple weeks ago while on several medications after a procedure (I’m pretty sure it was just such an assault on my system).

After this I might have more cognizance of the symptoms as a precursor to something worse.

But you should also be aware of other symptoms – if you feel distress or tightness in the chest area or other pain going toward your jaw or arms or neck, that can signal a heart attack coming on. Perhaps you are sweating a lot? Tight chest? Shortness of breath and fatigue? Upper back or chest pain? Sleeping badly? Dizziness? Anxious? Lightheaded? Tight jaw?

Do you have a combination of such, even along with the stomach issues? You should see a doctor to evaluate your condition and make sure you are not a candidate for heart attack. These symptoms can go on for a few weeks before a heart attack happens. Take these warning signs seriously as you do not want to have a heart attack and be advised on what to do for your health. Women’s heart attacks are different from men’s.

Rest in Peace Sweet One…
